1. Candidate can be from Insurance + Ecommerce/ Loyalty Alliance experience

2. Candidate can be from Ecommerce/ Loyalty company + Alliance experience + Insurance Knowledge

3. Candidate should have good pedigree

JD :

PURPOSE OF THE JOB :

- Facilitating the productivity and effectiveness of the Strategic alliances team in pursuing and closing deals in the Emerging Ecosystem domain

- Signing on and on-boarding new life insurance partners in the identified partners

- Ensure strict internal compliance to all organizational procedures and systems

- Research in new ecosystem to acquire new partners

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES :

1. Drive partnership acquisition and insurance sales in the domain

2. Ideate and conceptualize new propositions and prospects within the identified segments

3. Effective implementation of overall on-boarding business sales strategies to suit the channel dynamics

4. Monitor, support and conduct reviews and feedback sessions with the teams for continuous development and achieving business volumes as projected

5. Ensure channel adherence to statutory and regulatory norms.
