Location : MumbaiAbout the Job Role :- Looking for a smart, creative and open-minded B2B communications expert who can create the right brand impact and recall with the power of messaging and content.
- This profile will be a part of the global marketing team consisting of 50+ professionals specializing across a genre of functions, including positioning, outreach, campaign & event management, digital marketing, strategic research, analyst relations, PR & media and employee communications.
- As a core team member of the positioning tower within marketing, he/she will lead some of the key branding projects and play a vital role in ideating and messaging through creative and impactful storytelling.
Key Roles and Responsibilities :- Lead end-to-end execution of key branding projects including, identifying partners, building the roadmap towards building the overall positioning, stakeholder coordination and delivering on the key content & design requirements
- BAU includes, ideating and writing content for a wide spectrum of communication requirements, including thought leadership, leadership communications, employee communications, PR & Media, Digital channels and campaigns and events
- Collaborate with other functions within marketing to power brand outreach and lead generation through the right formats of collateral
- Liaise closely with the Subject Matter Experts, Business Unit Leads and Solution teams within the organization to support them in building impactful external communications
- Work hand in gloves with the sales and solutions team in messaging, writing and editing of RFx responses for strategic deals
- Closely collaborate with HR team across locations to ideate and develop engaging content for various employee engagement campaigns
- Coordinate with in-house creative teams or external agencies for desired outcomes
- Support in developing yearly / half-yearly / quarterly marketing communications strategies
Education Qualification / Work Experience :- PG / MBA with Min. 10 years of experience in writing and editing content (some of it preferably in media (in an editorial role) or publishing houses)
- Knowledge of driving communication strategies in the international markets (the US, UK and APAC)
- Ability to grasp complex and technical subjects and re-create engaging content in collaboration with subject matter experts, business heads and external agencies
- Demonstrated expertise in business writing and copywriting skills, with strong experience in developing impactful client-facing communications
- Should be comfortable writing for digital and social media platforms
- A dual-minded approach: You're highly creative and an excellent writer but can also be process-driven, think scale, and rely on data to make decisions
- Should have an eye for detail and experience in using style guides
- Excellent research skills
- Adept at handling multiple communication requirements across the function (Multi-tasking)
