Assistant Vice President / Senior Manager - Lending

We are hiring for a leading fintech platform company in to b2b lending space for sme/manufacturing/logistics etc into web & mobile space

Looking for candidates from Product/saas/startup/Financial companies

Designation: AVP/Senior Manager-Lending

Experience: 5+ Years

Location: Bangalore

Looking for candidates to join in 30 days or less than notice.

Roles & Resposibilities:

- Identify/Prospecting Business opportunities in the given market.

- Market Coverage - Reach out to Clients/Associates across the given markets.

- Understanding the Financial and Business need of the customers and providing them with appropriate solutions.

- Liaise with Intermediaries to generate a steady flow of leads.

- Sourcing and Closure of Deals.

- Develop and maintain relationships with all stakeholders (up to the C-level).

- To Collaborate with Internal Teams for Approval and Disbursal processes.

- Post Disbursal monitoring of the borrower companies

- Overall responsibility for Disbursal targets and to increase revenues, profitability, and growth.

You will be reporting to: This position will report directly to the SVP-Lending to drive sales and growth for the platform and lending business.

Education: MBA Tier 1 college and Sales/Marketing education background preferred
