AVP - Sales Strategy - Life Insurance
Role & Responsibilities :
- Provide insights into ongoing development of business strategy for the Direct Channel
- Drive alignment of organization towards execution of agreed strategy
- Stay abreast of trends that can impact the Direct Channel with special focus on customer behaviour, distribution trends and digital trends
- Create white-spaces, look at new and different ways of doing business
- Collect and analyze data to derive strategic insights, analyze a variety of solutions, and determine the most relevant tools and techniques to meet Channels objectives.
- Package creative concepts and present to internal stakeholders in persuasive, articulate and compelling ways.
- Identifying new markets and business opportunities to scale up distribution.
- Understanding futuristic trends in the industry.
- Knowledge about new distribution strategies/models
- Operationalize channel development and digital interventions.
Qualification :
MBA from Tier 1/Tier 2 institute
Experience :
Minimum of 5 years with at least 3 years in BFSI in Strategy / Business Planning roles or Consulting Organizations.
