- We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced B2B SaaS AVP Sales with an MBA to join our sales team.


- The ideal candidate will have a strong background in B2B SaaS sales, particularly in selling financial or educational software, and will be responsible for driving revenue growth through new client acquisition and existing account expansion.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base.

- Identify and prospect new business opportunities within the B2B market.

- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.

- Present and demonstrate the value of LEO1's SaaS solutions to prospective clients.

- Negotiate and close sales agreements to achieve or exceed sales targets.

- Work closely with the marketing and product teams to align sales strategies with company objectives.

- Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to ensure effectiveness and make data-driven decisions.

- Prepare and deliver accurate sales forecasts and reports to senior management.

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitive landscape to identify new growth opportunities.

- Represent LEO1 at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to promote our products and services.

Qualifications:

- MBA from a reputable institution.

- 6+ years of experience in B2B sales, with a focus on SaaS products.

- Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.

- Experience in selling financial or educational software is essential.

- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

- Strong understanding of the B2B SaaS sales process and best practices.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and make informed decisions.

- Strong business acumen and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills:

- Experience in the Edu-Fintech or related industry.

- Knowledge of financial products and services.

- Familiarity with lead generation and digital marketing strategies.
