- Our client is a startup founded by alumnus of IIM C and MDI Gurgaon. They are the pioneer in introducing credit advisory services in India. The company operates in the fin-tech domain, helping customers to improve their credit ratings and get access to better financing options and also providing leads and sales enablement services to companies in the BFSI domain.
- Our Client is an NBFC, headquartered in Mumbai and are experts in the field of consumer lending, insurance, credit, collections, credit strategy and policy by providing free credit score, credit score simulator and a wide range of analytical assessments etc. The company is a stable one with a track record of 5 years in which it has helped millions of retail customers improve their credit health/credit ratings and get access to better financing options.
- As AVP Sales and Operations, you will be managing a team of Relationship Managers and Agency leaders and will be responsible for the overall Strategic and Operational Sales & Customer Relationship activities.
Below are the Key Responsibilities :
1. Develop and nurture a strong team that relies on product knowledge to meet customer requirements and exceed business targets
2. Help the relationship managers identify solutions and/or technologies that drive sales efficiency and revenue growth
- Research, define and launch programs
- Measure program success and outcomes
- Align with sales enablement and Marketing team to develop goals and objective for sales effectiveness
3. Drive engagement through relationship managers and agency leaders to ensure maximum upselling & cross-selling penetration of financial products
4. Monitor and assess poor sales performance and non-compliance, taking disciplinary actions when necessary
5. Provide consultancy support to the team, coach and mentor efficient performers for agency leader development
6. Engage/Counsel customers through persuasive approach and provide convincing and creative product pitches to secure new clients
7. Dissemination of product and industry knowledge across the teams
8. Promote an organization that is focused on outstanding customer service, high performance, team work, and accountability
Desired Candidate Profile :
Premier B School professional with 5 -7 years of industry experience
1. Hands on Operational experience
2. Exposure to Retail Banking Operations / Service & Relationship management
3. Aggressive in working toward the targets
4. Strong leaderships skills having ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
5. Must have effective networking, prospecting and persuasive and closing skills
6. Strong written and verbal communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
7. Proactive and entrepreneurial
8. Flexible for 6 days working
