Job Description :
- Responsible for sales of Ultra Luxury premium projects, located in Chennai City.
- To retain / acquire new retail HNI & NRI clients in the specified regions/ markets .
- High Degree of Business Development Orientation. Manage HNI Client acquisition by way of campaigns and Lead Generation activities ( Domestic & International).
- Excellent incentive scheme for high performance.
Candidate Profile :
- Smart P.G, having 10 to 20 year minimum sales experience in selling high range residential. Experience in selling Apartments / Flats / Villas in Chennai and Suburbs in reputed Real Estate Company.
- A Self-driven, well groomed, results-oriented professional with a positive outlook, and a clear focus on high quality business & profitability. A natural forward planner who critically assesses own performance.
- Mature, credible, and comfortable in dealing with HNI & NRI customers and clients. Go-getter in Sales, Self starter in accomplishing the given tasks and Target oriented.
- Mobile and willing to travel extensively both domestically and Internationally ( Currently holding valid passport). Available to start immediately.
- Must possess excellent presentation and MS Office skills.
- The candidate must be highly energetic, savvy, and professional with proven competencies in learning new products and services, new markets, new verticals and should have made a significant business impact / transformation in the previous assignments
