Assistant Vice President - Sales - Life Insurance

The candidate will be responsible for meeting business objectives of Insurance as a product category that includes Life, Non-Life and Standalone Health Insurance.

Candidate is expected to:

A. Assist Product Head in driving insurance business across different verticals that include both RM/Advisor/Dealer assisted and - Low- and - No- touch verticals like Virtual Relationship team and Online (Do-It-Yourself).

B. Work on creating and updating relevant content on web and mobile. Conducting User Acceptance Test on various developments while ensuring compliance.

C. Create an eco-system to handle product and customer communication, lead generation and flow with end to end tracking.

D. Collaborating with internal departments such as IT, Ops, Compliance, Legal, Marketing, Analytics, Customer Service to drive business developmental work and to ensure all processes are within the regulatory framework applicable to Corporate Agents.

E. Conducting Product trainings both independently and with the help of principals to ensure internal sales teams are updated in turn helping the teams to drive activation and enhance productivity.

Candidate is required to be IRDAI / Compositely certified with 5-8 years of relevant experience in Product / Business Development / Relationship Management role with a proven track record. Exposure to Online and or Virtual channel would be an added advantage. Should be a go getter and high on execution. This position would report to Head - Insurance.
