Assistant Vice President - Sales
- Head the sales and operations at National level for the company
- Develop the sales strategy
- Owning sales targets overall and within accounts. Developing and implementing strategic plan to achieve the same
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships and be a partner to customers to understand their needs and objectives
- Consistently achieve Revenue & P&L targets in line with team/organizational objectives
- Coach and enable your team(s) to create demand by discovering business problems or opportunities and aligning them to our solution(s.)
- Build credibility and trust with necessary external stakeholders to influence buying decisions to drive credibility and trust in your region.
Desired Profile :
- MBA from top 10 B Schools in India
- 10+ years of experience post MBA in Sales/Business Development
- Experience of leading large teams in the past
- Experience of managing P&L in the past
- Ability to thrive in ambiguity
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Exceptional analytical and problem solving skills
