Job Title: AVP - Business Development and Sales - Welfare Foundations/Endowment Funds


Position Type: Full-Time

Job Summary:

The AVP - Business Development and Sales for the Delhi region will play a crucial role in driving the Fund's ambitious growth objectives. This role requires a seasoned sales professional with a strong background in business development and an extensive network of connections with Public Sector Undertakings (PSUs) and CSR heads. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, excellent communication skills, and a willingness to travel extensively.

Key Responsibilities:

- Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities to support the Fund's growth objectives. Develop and implement strategies to engage potential donors and partners.

- Stakeholder Management: Leverage your network to build and maintain strong relationships with PSUs and CSR heads in the Delhi region.

- Sales Strategy: Develop and execute a robust sales strategy to meet and exceed fundraising targets. Monitor and report on sales performance, adjusting strategies as needed.

- Collaboration: Work closely with the CEO and the leadership team to align business development efforts with the Fund's strategic goals.

- Event Management: Plan and execute fundraising events and initiatives to engage potential donors and partners.

- Travel: Travel extensively within the region to meet with potential donors and partners, attending relevant events and conferences.

Skills and Competencies:

- Strong business development and sales skills.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with senior stakeholders.

- Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Strong organizational and time management skills.

Qualifications:

- A degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

- 10-12 years of experience in sales and business development, preferably within the non-profit or education sector.

- Extensive network of connections with PSUs and CSR heads, Pan India.

- Willingness to travel extensively.
