To penetrate into these products, the incumbent's role encompasses the following:
1. Building the Corporate MNC market for the organisation in Rest of Maharashtra region. Identifying and scoping the potential of all MNCs having a base in Rest of Maharashtra.
2. Develop and maintain a network with representatives of other financial institutions and intermediaries in the territory for identifying business potential such as loan syndication etc
3. Engagement with senior level officials from the corporates at both local (India) and regional (Singapore/HK/USA etc) treasury levels to appropriately showcase the bank's strengths and offerings on an international platform
4. Ongoing conversion targets for NTB MNC relationships - focus on adding new customers with revenue generation from fund based/ non fund based/ commission income and cross sell of suite of bank products
5. Strengthen relationship with existing customer base, identify opportunities for the organisation within the wallet of the customer to generate sustained business and identify cross sell potential.
6. Interface with other departments in the bank like Credit/ Risk, Legal, CAD, Audit, Compliance etc to be able to deliver the specific requirements posed by this set of clients while ensuring the implementation of due process, Indian regulatory guidelines and bank's code of conduct at all times.
7. To be able to do this, the incumbent needs to have experience in the MNC space to be able to come up the curve quickly. The role requires perseverance and patience to be able to convert tough MNC clients with preference to experience with foreign banks
