- Plan for a diverse and robust talent pipeline which meets the manpower requirement across functions in the zone, as per approved manpower plan. Lead and manage execution of hiring plans through the HRBPs in the assigned zone, in order to attract top talent and recruit / select best fit candidates on time. Engage with business leadership to address key recruitment challenges, developing the strategic approach for and leading initiatives in sourcing, assessment and other areas to support the team.
- Responsible for managing employee life cycle processes for employees in the zone which includes Employee Engagement, Employee Communication, Talent Management, Succession Planning, Performance Management, HR Strategic initiatives to control attritions etc.
- Enabling business strategy through adequate manning as per approved business plan. Also, work closely with zonal business leaders in improving the competence level through performance discussion, new joiners orientation program etc.
- Ensuring employee engagement through branch visits, communication meets and engagement activities.
- Ensure talent engagement & development activities through Performance Management, Reward Management, Career Development, and Culture Building. Responsible for execution of HR initiatives, Employee engagement initiatives, along with managing employee relation activities, advise managers on employee issues.
