Job opportunity with Leading Investment Bank

Needs : 10- 15yrs

Location : Mumbai

Requirement :

The candidate will report to the global head of RDS Metrics, Analytics and Governance and have diverse responsibilities, including but not limited to the following :

- Identifying, defining, and coordinating development of new metrics covering work driver volumes, data quality and risk.

- Producing dashboards illustrating RDS metrics, covering both client and product data as well as head count and budget across the group.

- Monitoring changes in data trends and providing commentary for senior audiences.

- Analysing client and product data to understand the cause of manual touches of reference data.

- Providing both tactical and strategic solutions for minimising potential risk to the Firm of manually updating data.

- Working with innovation groups across the Firm to design future-proof solutions for reducing operational risk and improving efficiencies.

- Running daily scrum calls across the Metrics, data Analytics and Governance meeting.

- Assisting the team with the creation of jiras ensuring adherence to agile methodolgy

- Acquiring an intricate knowledge of the Firm-s product and client data, flow of the data in the firm systems.

- Automation of the metrics captured

- Providing insight to the analytics team on trends and changes seen in the data being captured as part of the group-s metrics.
