Looking for a very seasoned, senior, and experienced recruiter that specializes in Analytics and Data Management industry to join us and lead the Recruitment team for our Analytics BU.

Job Description :

Responsibilities (not in any order) :

- Complete ownership of meeting the talent requirement for the Analytics BU - laterals + campus

- Manage end-to-end delivery and functioning of the Recruitment process for Analytics and Data Mgt.

- Work closely with business stakeholders to create & execute the talent strategy for the org, deeply involved with the continuous recruitment forecasting & budgeting activities.

- Develop and manage partnerships to build supply-side efficiencies across the eco-system, with recruiting partners, agencies, consultants.

- Plan & execute the campus engagement program, interact with campus TPOs and student forums for campus recruitments, collaborate with business and training partners for Company's training boot camp for fresh hires

- Think, ideate, and proactively look for opportunities to improve, transform, streamline and simplify the recruitment process with an end goal of reducing the TAT on open positions.

- Research/share market insights with the stakeholders around competitive intelligence, salary trends, talent market-related data

- Own and manage a string MIS reporting engine with complete ownership of data quality, accuracy, and timeliness of such dashboards.

- Demonstrate a deep understanding of business, Data Sc. Market, & skill requirements by participating in regular meetings with business stakeholders and energizing the recruitment team to meet the goals.

Required Skills :

- 10 -15 years of rich experience in full lifecycle recruiting in a fast-paced corporate environment.

- Specializes in recruitment for Data Sc., Analytics, Data Management

- Able to manage diversified team & work independently in a dynamic environment, manage priorities, flexible mindset, professional and composed/pleasant demeanor, excellent communication skills, ability to handle pressure & business urgency

- Superior multitasking & project management skills coupled with business acumen.

- Given to high ethical and moral standards, understands well the guidelines around handling sensitive / confidential information related to the organization and candidates.

- Good educational background with a full-time Bachelor's Degree from a reputed Tier I / II institution or public university, and preferably with a Master's Degree in a relevant subject.
