Job Responsibilities :

- Provide strategic direction to the recruitment team and ensures quality recruiting processes for all levels as may be needed by the organization.

- Plan, develop and implement strategic programs to source, attract, select & hire the best talent and ensure that the quality and quantity of recruitment targets are met at the specified time frame as stated in the Performance Level Agreement and agreed with the business partners

- Regular interaction with internal departments and external partners to ensure recruitment activities align with the fast-paced and continuously changing business demands

- Monitor the recruitment process end-to-end and continuously recommends changes and improvements that align with business requirements

- Ensure that complete and accurate recruitment data are made available for analysis of initiatives and improvements

- Continuously monitor team development and growth by ensuring that continuous counseling, mentoring, performance reviews and professional learning opportunities are provided for the team members

- Ensure that all recruitment activities are in accordance with risk & compliance standards. To be aware of the Operational Risk scenario associated with the role, and to ensure that all actions take account of the likelihood of operational risk.

NOTE : Candidates should have a regular MBA degree from a Tier 1 college.
