With their fast evolving vision and exponential growth YoY, they are looking to hire a dynamic operations leader who can liaise with their clients and be the contact point for all operations related activities internally. KRAs: - Establish, track and report on process, productivity metrics and to help business deliver and exceed on SLA's and client expectations - Partner with the business to jointly identify, prioritize and weed out operational issues, defects leading to improvement and enhancement in quality and productivity - Responsible for outlining the strategy and operations for quality function Candidate profile : - Graduate in any stream. Post graduate qualification shall be an added advantage but is not mandatory - 10+ years of experience in the BPO industry, minimum 5 years of contact centre experience (Telecom / E-commerce) - Must be Green belt certified, black belt certification shall be an added advantage. Six sigma proficiency levels must be strong - Should have done at least two process improvement projects in the contact centre operations - Must have managed quality for a minimum of 300 FTE operation - Hand's on experience in deploying and using quality tools, MS office - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Good presentation development and presentation skills
