Lead the development and deployment of solutions and transition framework for F&A practice.
Lead pre-sales initiatives like RFP / RFI responses, developing marketing collateral for F&A offerings.
Driving response to pursuits with key differentiation, executive summary, solution architecture, effort estimation, pricing, risk management, governance, and delivery and engagement approach.
Collaborate with Regional Sales teams to map sales and awareness of our services by identifying prospects and opportunities.
Working with Sales teams for cross selling F&A and mining the existing accounts.
Essential:
14+ years of experience in a similar role in the BPO industry preferably in the Manufacturing Industry
Excellent understanding of F&A domain - specifically in P2P
Must possess strong P2P domain knowledge - Should have handled/ Managed End to end P2P Operations i.e. Procurement Operations, Vendor Master data Mgmt, Invoice processing, Payments, Query Management
Preferably should have exposure to Solutions Formulation, Due Diligence and Process transition for P2P processes, SOPs drafting, Process maps creation and training the team on the same.
Should be well versed with P2P specific IT solutions - bolt on tools and enablement solutions - ERPs, Scanning, Workflow, OCR solutions as well as Procurement portals
Should have experience into client management. Should be doing independent process consulting / review meetings/ concalls with the clients
Possesses excellent English communication skill, Interpersonal skills.
