Job Description :

- Responsible for liasioning with Banks/FI's and our clients in order to raise the debt funds required for the funding of the various Project. Also responsible to finalize the financial structure of the protects and indicative terms and conditions to be line with the prevailing market conditions.

- Responsible for finalizing the financial structure of the project, indicative terms and conditions and other information.

- Project Management: Conceptualization, development and financial structuring of projects to attract private investments. Preparation of business plans, information memoranda and presentations.

- Financial Advisory: Project analysis, including analysis of key project risks and investment rationale, Investment Analysis, Financial modeling, including developing model structure, scenario analysis.

- Bid Strategy: Drafting and development of project work plans, evaluation models, strategy reports, PPP, bid documents (EOI, RFQ, NIT, RFP, Concession Agreements), Evaluation Reports, Study of Legal & Institutional framework, Drafting of legal agreements, Vetting of SPV formulation documents, Constituent Documents, Loan agreements/financial close, Subordinate debt agreement, Escrow agreement, Performance guarantee, Prepare Term Sheet and IM for fund raising, and review of existing policy framework. Origination and Execution of Deals with the potential investors.

- Client Management: Stakeholder consultation, marketing of the project to potential investors, arrange pre bid meetings, replies to queries, technical & financial evaluation, business due diligence, negotiations and government liaising. Networking, relationship development and interactions with key third parties, multilateral development (ADB, DFID) agencies and intermediaries such as technical consultants, lawyers, other third party experts, investors, etc. Participate in meetings and negotiations with government officials, companies' representatives, investors and lenders

- BD: Analyze markets and industry; generate outputs and ideas for business development and execution. New business development, preparation of pitches and proposals.
