Overview on the Professional Development Associate Role:
The Professional Development Associate has a multi-faceted role which primarily focuses on identifying gaps across designations and roles and filling those gaps - technical and management through training programs. Other responsibilities include monitoring performance across levels and departments, analyzing KRAs to facilitate strategic decision making. The Associate will be working closely with the Vice President while looking into new performance / professional development related strategic initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Mid-level operations role with exposure and experience in high end finance.
- Managing a team of Analysts and reporting to a VP.
- Identifying the areas of improvement at an individual level or group level.
- Creating and delivering finance training's for new hires as well as existing professionals.
- Evaluating and grading training assignments and giving feedback.
- Monitoring the effectiveness of training's.
- Liaising with various teams / departments to create systems / modules for improving operational efficiency.
- Maintaining department and designation level KRA's and tracking the performance on regular basis.
- Assisting the VP in various strategic initiatives .
