Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and Execute Product Strategy: Lead the product vision and roadmap for aligning with overarching mission to enhance the student experience globally.
- Market Research and Competitive Analysis: Conduct thorough research to identify trends, user needs, and market opportunities, particularly within the EdTech and FinTech sectors.
- Cross-functional Leadership: Collaborate with engineering, marketing, sales, and customer service teams to ensure the seamless delivery of innovative products that address market needs and drive business growth.
- End-to-End Product Lifecycle Management: Oversee product development from ideation through to launch, ensuring the timely and quality-driven execution of all product initiatives.
- Data-Driven Decision Making: Utilise data analytics and user insights to inform product features, prioritise enhancements, and measure success.
- Innovation and Market Expansion: Identify and evaluate opportunities for product innovation that support expansion into new international markets, enhancing its competitive edge.
- Team Leadership and Development: Mentor and develop a high-performing product management team, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning.
- Stakeholder Management: Ensure alignment between product development and company goals by liaising closely with C-suite executives and key stakeholders.
- Customer-Centric Focus: Ensure all product developments prioritise user experience and meet the diverse needs of students globally.
Required Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (MBA or advanced degree preferred).
- 8+ years of experience in product management, with significant exposure to EdTech or FinTech industries.
- A track record of expanding products into new markets, particularly in international education.
- Expertise in global product development and market penetration strategies.
- Proven success in leading product strategy for multiple product lines in a high-growth environment.
- Strong understanding of global education markets and trends.
- Experience managing cross-functional teams and delivering successful products in a fast-paced, high-growth company.
- Proficiency in data analytics, with the ability to derive insights from user behaviour to guide product development.
