Assistant Vice President - Product Management - FinTech - IIM/MDI/ISB/FMS

Job Summary/Introduction : Lead the Payments Product for one of the well established Fintech companies in Delhi NCR

Brief :

1) The Product Manager should have the ability to understand user needs and behaviours based on marketing insights and data analysis

2) Define the roadmap of products and work with team of product managers and engineering team for implementing the roadmap

3) Create thoughtful and appropriate solutions to design challenges of all sizes by translating research insights into beautiful and engaging user interfaces which satisfy user needs, business requirements- and technical constraints.

4) Collaborate with Head of Design, stakeholders and engineers in an iterative, transparent, and feedback-driven process.

5) Define the strategy for the product with a competition benchmarking

Candidate's Profile :

- 7+ years on Product Management preferably in consumer-facing platforms

- MBA from top schools IIMs, ISB, FMS, MDI, etc. with an engineering background preferred

- Previous experience in payment products and Personalization preferred

- Good with Data Analysis and ability to communicate to all stakeholders including visual presentations
