Hiring for AVP Operations for US Healthcare End to End RCM for Hyderabad Upto 45 LPA

Min 15+ yrs experience is Mandate in RCM and Candidate who is currently working as a Sr. Director Or Lead director for at least 2 years

Team size handled :- 600+ members

Package :- Upto 45 LPA

Notice Period :- Upto 3 Months

Location :- Hyderabad

Look for Good stability profiles and candidates must have experience in Operations only

Education and Experience:

- 20+ years of experience in the RCM (Revenue Cycle Management) industry with a minimum 10+ years of experience working on various leadership roles.

- Should have experience in managing multiple processes with a strength of at least 800+ employees.

Responsibilities

- Oversee a large team of RCM operators to drive top notch performance consistently across all clients

- Develop and maintain effective relationships with teams working across different locations (both India and the US) to ensure contracted deliverables, service level agreements (SLAs) and business metrics are met.

- Provide directions and structure for operating units. Establish and monitor KPIs to ensure high quality service delivery and continuous improvement across the RCM value chain

- Review KPIs against benchmarks and build processes to beat benchmark consistently for all clients

- Direct, coordinate and evaluate the performance of operational areas, and proactively initiate process & system improvements for the ongoing enhancement of service performance.

- Lead processes and acts as the point of contact/liaison regarding operational issues including regular and ad hoc meetings operational sessions.

- Review reports and records of activities to ensure progress is being accomplished toward specified objectives; modify and change methodology as needed to redirect activities and attain objectives.

- Develop and implement strategies to optimize the delivery of billing and RCM services, including streamlining processes or implementing technology solutions, staffing, training, and workflow management.

- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards related to RCM services.

- Implement improved processes and management methods to generate higher ROI and workflow optimization.

- Facilitate process re-engineering and improvements to drive productivity and quality improvements.

- Drive automation/ technology adoption by working closely with the product team

Abilities and knowledge:

- Knowledge of revenue cycle management best practices. Knowledge and understanding of business processes and drivers for large providers.

- Oversee and balance multiple competing priorities.

- Manage various high-level projects and teams through delegation and empowerment of new and upcoming leaders. Cultivate relationships and develop/coach team members to further their leadership and managerial skills.

- Operations and Performance management

- Migrations / Setup start-up projects

- Client Relationship Management

- Analytical and problem-solving skills: Ability to analyse financial data, identify trends, and develop strategies to improve revenue cycle performance, manage costs, and increase revenue.

- Communication and collaboration skills: Execute large, cross-functional processes and initiatives; establish a productive team-based work environment and collaborate effectively across multiple functional areas; influence teams to perform their jobs effectively and to be responsible for making decisions.

- Attention to detail: Should be detail-oriented and able to manage complex billing processes accurately and efficiently.

- Adaptability and flexibility: Should be able to adapt to changes in regulations, technologies, and industry trends and adjust the revenue cycle management strategy accordingly.

- Thought Leadership: Should be able to share innovative and insightful ideas that challenge conventional thinking and drive progress.
