Assistant Vice President - Operations Risk Management - Investment Bank

We have an opening in ORM with an investment bank the role would involve:

- ORM policies and guidelines to India shared services and work closely with business units

- Understand and implement the ORM approach as defined under global and local regulatory requirements

- Establish a set of operational risk products and services

- Manage and challenge the business in their Risk and Control Self Assessment

- Work closely with global counterparts to ensure Op Risk information is consistent and adequately challenged

- Manage and challenge the internal event logging process and remediation

- OR framework components together for ensuring a holistic risk view for senior management

- Perform deep dive reviews for new business initiatives and existing activities

- Developing specific aspects of the operational risk framework as required

- Representing Operational risk management in risk committees, forums and discussions

- Providing independent expert advice to the business areas on operational risk issues

- Reporting and escalating issues when necessary

- Providing expert technical input and advice to operational risk framework development and issues
