Hiring for one of the leading Fintech Company.

Role: AVP - Operations

About the role: We are looking for self-motivated individuals to be part of our Operations team to drive the goals. In this role, Incumbent owns the charter of Operations, Ambassador of Change, serve as custodian of LOBs (disbursement & collections), leading end-to-end platform conversion, reconciliation, and transformation.

Job Details:

- In depth knowledge of disbursement process for all loan product and the complete operational and risk and control management.

- End to end disbursement management (digital and Non digital) with TAT monitoring and quality and ensuring a high FTR (first time right).

- Ensuring digital transformation of the business and achieve automation to ensure better individual productivity and ZERO errors for BAU transactions.

- Responsibility for reduction of OPEX and increase of productivity.

- Providing insights to business and credit basis the various operational achievements and challenges for a seamless and goal oriented approach to the end to end loan onboarding to fulfilment process.

- Payments and collections reconciliation, Insurance pay-out and reconciliation, claims and settlements.

- Customer service and NHB/RBI complaints, Call centre management, internal and external escalation management.

- Audit and operational risk management and change and risk control management.

- Vendor and channel management.

- Branch set up and controls for standardisation of processes and activities.

- Periodic training and performance evaluation of the team.

- Disbursement and collections reconciliation, Insurance pay-out and reconciliation, Banking and allied activities including NACH lodgement tracking and EMI/PEMI presentations.

- DSA pay-outs and collection agency pay-outs. Quality and governance, Record management, Compliance and regulatory reporting.

Skills Required:

- 10+ years of work experience in a fast-paced Fin-Tech / Banking / Financial Services / NBFC industry.

- Self-starter with a proven track record of driving customer success at all levels.

- Good at Handling stressful situations and deadline pressures well.

- Highly data-driven with a commitment to progress. Excited about driving and tracking a consistent engagement process with customers.

- Demonstrated ability to develop and manage client relationships in a complex and rapidly evolving environment.

- Must be analytical, data driven, and demonstrate keen observation skills.

- Must be a self- starter with strong energy, passion and initiative and manage without extensive supervision.

- Must insist on the Highest Standards of Customer Experience and deliver outstanding experience for the end customer.

- Fast & responsive for management updates.

- Must be flexible and adapt to the requirements of dynamic operations.
