Your Superpowers:

We are seeking an experienced Distribution Network Manager to lead the development and expansion of our Independent Financial Advisors (IFAs) and Mutual Fund Distributors (MFDs) network for distributing Grip's financial products. The ideal candidate will be responsible for strategizing, organizing, and executing events to drive engagement and sales while managing a team of Relationship Managers (RMs) to enhance our distribution channels.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop Distribution Network:

- Build and expand the network of IFAs and MFDs to distribute Grip's investment products.

- Identify, onboard, and nurture relationships with potential partners to grow the channel.

- Drive partner engagement through consistent communication, training, and support to optimise sales performance.

- Build the offline distribution of SDI and Bonds for ( Strategy+Execution)

Organise and Lead Offline Events:

- Plan, organise, and lead offline events, seminars, and workshops to promote Grip's products among IFAs, MFDs, and potential clients.

- Develop targeted strategies for event marketing and outreach to maximise attendance and engagement.

- Manageevent budgets, vendor coordination, and post-event follow-up to ensure successful execution.

Team Leadership and Management:

- Build and lead a team of Relationship Managers (RMs) dedicated to developing the channel.

- Provide guidance, training, and support to RMs to help them achieve their targets and maintain high performance.

- Setclear goals, monitor team performance, and implement strategies to enhance productivity and motivation.

Experience & Qualifications:

Experience:

- 10-12 years of relevant experience in the financial products and wealth management industry.

- Proven track record in B2B distribution of bonds or fixed-income products is preferred.

- Strong background in sales and wealth management, demonstrating a hands-on approach to client acquisition and relationship building.

Skills:

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

- Strong leadership abilities with experience managing teams to achieve set objectives.

- Proficient in organising events and driving sales through multiple distribution channels.

Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or related field. An MBA or equivalent qualification is a plus
