Responsibilities:

PMO Consultant

Contributes to programs/projects specific to corporate change initiatives that have significant impact on how the company does business, provides a product or service, or executes a function. Assesses the adoption risk associated with the change effort. Identifies, develops and executes strategies and supporting tactics to engage and influence all stakeholders to make needed behavioral changes. Partners with the business to develop and transition plans, including ongoing success measures, to sustain the change. Responsible for tracking project milestones while developing, maintaining and reporting on an overall integrated delivery plan. Experience with BAC Change and Project Management tools and processes. Responsible for Clarity and PCM updates and project documents. Effectively communicates with managers, peers and business partners on deliverables, timelines and support needed from them. Strong project management skills, including the ability to prioritize work and meet deadlines. Typically 1-3 plus years of project or program management support experience.

Governance

- Maintain the regional NFRR inventory

- Support Owners of B10 programs and High priority (P2) assessments

- Support risk and control assessment initiative and gap review / SIAI remediation

- Identify / Support / Track Gaps and SIAIs from BAU report generation

- Drive tracking routines and status reporting

Change Management

- With Compliance, coordinate interpretation of the regulatory rules

- With Compliance / Reg Change Team, identify & coordinate regulatory / business / tech change initiatives with impact on new and existing NFRR obligations.

Provide Report Oversight

- Monitor for accurate, timely and complete report submission

- Track resolution of exceptions

- Perform independent testing and governance for NFRR

Build / Enable QA Team for Cross Coverage & Sustainability

- Assumes dedicated QA testing resources aligned centrally to region

- Continuously assess resource requirements to support NFRR portfolio and ensure proper alignment of testing resources for US, Canada, and LatAm QA needs

Monitor in - Line QA

- Ensure testing plans are consistent with global testing standards with targeted thematic testing

- Ensure oversight of production completeness, accuracy and timeliness

- Ensure compensating controls; report and escalate results of testing

Monitor Global Test of Controls Results & Governance

- Within AMRS governance routines, monitor and escalate Global Test of Controls results and ensure tracking of gaps to closure

Qualifications

- A qualified Financial Professional with professional degree like CA / MBA from a reputed institute

- 8-12 years of experience in Global Markets

Out of which, 6-8 years should be Business Analysis / Project Management

- Ability to lead and drive change

Strong collaboration and relationship management skills

High sense of urgency with ability to drive results

Demonstrable evidence of stakeholder management

Effective multi-tasking and prioritization skills

Self-starter, able to establish relationships and transcend multiple cross-functional/divisional boundaries, largely unaided

Ability to handle diverse workload and tight schedules

Strong risk assessment, negotiation and problem resolution skills.

- Other experience: Significant industry experience

Detailed understanding of the landscape in Global Markets or Global Banking

Cross Asset class Knowledge

Has proven experience managing regulatory compliance and implementation of control framework initiatives

Has a proven ability to apply strategic thinking to multiple, complex organizational and business issues, and has ability to translate into practical plans for project execution.

- Excellent verbal and written communication/presentation skills

Ability to work across business groups and in a team environment.

Ability to interface across various levels within Middle Office, Technology, Operations, Finance and FO.

- High proficiency in MS Office (PowerPoint, Word and Excel). Hands on experience with Excel VBA, MS access and Share point, will be added advantage

- Strong project management skills, including the ability to prioritize work and meet deadlines and work in a highly matrixed organization.

- Ability to be an active team member and drive change.

Additional Details

- Individual is expected to work in the US/ night shifts i.e. shift starting at 4:30 pm IST or later than that. There needs to be a good overlap with onshore partners in the US on overall coordination and collaboration across various activities.
