Assistant Vice President - Merchandise - eCommerce

Scope of the Role:

- Heading the Merchandise team and responsible for inventory turns and absolute margin targets of the business.

- Own the inventory turns and absolute margins targets of the business

- Generate sales forecast for supply chain

- Be the champion for customer buying behavior and thereby define revenue growth through new product development plans & overall catalog strategy

- Take pricing decisions

- Own promotions spend

- Define stock allocation plans
