Assistant Vice President - Marketing - eCommerce Startup

Our client eCommerce start up based in Bangalore is looking for Marketing-AVP Bangalore.

Job Description:

AVP Marketing will play a special role in overall Marketing team. This position will play a key role in Strategies the on ground marketing activities, consumer engagement & lead generation through various BTL activities, communication, brand building and conversion.

Job Details:

Experience: 12+ years

- Should have experience in handling Team PAN India

- End to End execution of BTL marketing campaigns, including conceptualization, ideation, road show, events & other innovative forms of consumer engagement in various touch points

- Should be able to analyse & measure the effectiveness of each campaigns.

- Ideate and implement lead generation campaigns and strategies to drive sales & ROI

- Create innovative on ground marketing campaign targeting mass consumer between age group of 35 - 50 years of age

- Should be able to identify various touch points of these targeted consumers & conduct various activities to engage & generate leads for the company

- Should be well versed with all logistics & operations issues of managing large consumer based BTL activities

- Should be able to measure quality of leads & finally resulting in qualitative sales.

- Should have good contacts with various marketing agencies & be able to drive them for implementation.

- Should be able to do Alliances and Partnership with different brands

- Creative and independent work ethic while also able to collaborate with team

Key Requirements

- MBA / post graduate from reputed college [Known College]

- Should be able to manage BTL agencies for all execution work

- Willing to work at odd timings

- Experience in working for a large BTL agency managing Mobile companies/FMCG /FMCD consumer durable accounts would be preferred

- Candidates from large reputed agencies with exposure to managing big clients for BTL activities can also be considered.

- Candidates from FMCG / Consumer durable companies with promotions experience would be highly desirable.
