Position - AVP Legal.

Qualification - LLB.

Location - Mumbai.

Job Role

- Candidates are required for the Legal Team. Should have good inter personal skills and have the attitude to work hard and knowledge of documentation specially with respect to financial and land/mortgage related and a knowledge on trusteeship

- Drafting and vetting of transaction documents including trust deed, security documents etc. and providing advisory support.

- Due - diligence on checklist documents of the transaction including verification of property details, title reports, RoC Search report, valuation reports etc.

- Ensure compliances of conditions precedents for loan disbursements.

- Maintaining MIS of transactions and generating reports as per requirements.

- Handling court matters with regards to enforcement of securities.

- Prepare reports with respect to compliances and legal as per agreed documentation.
