- Formulate and implement behavioural led learning programs on Collaborative Working Culture, Performance Management, Leadership Style Quotient for Leaders, The Art of providing Feedback, Anti Money Laundering, Presentation Skills, Making impact Presentation, Listening Skills, Time & Change Management, Emotional Intelligence, Email Etiquette, Become a Trainer (TTT), Mentor Mentee and outdoor team building workshops through games and fun activities.
- Standardise all L&OD related materials
- Designing and implementing interventions for leadership - Identifying the gaps between the current competency level and expected leadership competency for the Senior Management levels.
