AVP - Learning and Development is responsible for coordinating, facilitating and reinforcing corporate-wide training courses to new, existing line and resources to facilitate on-going learning.
Responsibilities :
- Establishing learning strategy for people development while leading the behavioural function for meeting business need for diverse work groups.
- Responsible for the conducting the need analysis for skills gaps at all levels in the Organisation and development and delivery of behavioural training programs.
- Responsible for co-partnering with Global Ops training and global OD function to roll out Organisation Development interventions.
- Regularly coaches Managers and employees to turn skills learned in training into application and impact in their respective departments along with management of direct reports.
Experience, Experience and skills :
- 12 -14 years of experience.
- Certification in the field of Training and Development. Advanced facilitation skills certification, situational leadership, Soft skills certification etc.
- Masters/Bachelor's degree
- Preferably female candidate.
