Assistant Vice President - Learning & Development - Leading 4.5 Billion USD IT Group
A global technology consulting and digital solutions provider, specialising in IT services, cloud computing, AI, and enterprise applications. Serving industries like banking, manufacturing, and retail, it is known for driving business innovation.
Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and visionary Head of Learning & Development (AVP Level) to drive organisational learning, leadership development, and culture transformation initiatives in our fast-paced global IT environment. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of modern learning frameworks, digital learning solutions, and leadership development programs that align with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Learning & Development Strategy:
- Design and implement a comprehensive L&D strategy aligned with business goals.
- Develop leadership, managerial, and technical capability-building programs across global teams.
- Leverage digital learning platforms, AI-driven learning solutions, and micro-learning methodologies.
2. Organisational Development & Culture Building;
l- Drive culture transformation initiatives to foster innovation, agility, and collaboration.
- Develop change management strategies to enhance workforce adaptability.
- Champion DE&I-driven learning interventions to create an inclusive workplace.
- Measure and enhance employee engagement through learning programs.
3. Leadership Development & Succession Planning:
- Build and manage leadership development programs for emerging and senior leaders.
- Partner with CXOs and business heads to identify and nurture future leaders.
- Drive mentorship and coaching programs to strengthen leadership pipelines.
4. Learning Technology & Analytics:
- Implement AI-driven learning analytics to track the impact of L&D initiatives.
- Enhance learning experience platforms (LXPs) and virtual learning solutions.
- Leverage data-driven insights to continuously optimise L&D strategies.
Key Requirements:
- 15+ years of experience in Learning & Development, Organisational Development, and Culture Transformation within the IT industry.
- Strong expertise in leadership development, change management, and digital learning solutions.
- Proven ability to drive enterprise-wide learning strategies in a global IT setup.
- Experience in culture transformation and employee engagement strategies.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, especially with C-suite and business leaders.
- Certifications in Organisational Development (OD), Coaching, or Leadership Development (preferred).
