- Technical skills: Application Support, Production Support, SRE Team Supporting and Monitoring Teams.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead & Manage: Oversee application support, site reliability engineering (SRE), and monitoring teams to deliver top-tier IT services.

- Ensure Uptime & Reliability: Maintain high availability, stability, and security across all applications and services.

- Drive Innovation: Collaborate with stakeholders to implement cutting-edge technology solutions that enhance business operations.

- Develop IT Policies: Establish and enforce IT standards, security measures, and best practices.

- Cost Management: Develop and manage budgets while ensuring cost-effective IT operations.

- Disaster Recovery & BCP: Implement robust backup, recovery, and continuity strategies.

- SLA Management: Define, monitor, and continuously improve SLAs to exceed business and client expectations.

- Performance Optimization: Utilize a metrics-driven approach to identify areas for improvement and enhance efficiency.

- Compliance & Best Practices: Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and industry standards.
