Assistant Vice President - Investment - Mumbai - 8-12 yrs

Roles & Responsibility:

- Identify and acquire new small/mid/large corporate clients in different lending segments within policy guidelines

- Gather necessary documentation from customers and conduct thorough financial analysis to assess credit risk and determine loan terms

- Present credit proposals to the Credit Committee and manage the disbursement process

- Have understanding and to handle risk, compliance part of business

- Liasoning with clients / advocate / valuers etc. for processing and execution

- Develop networks and maintain an up-to-date knowledge of the wider policy, regulatory environment and recent development in the sector

- Overall contribution in building / maintaining loan book

Your key qualifications & competencies :

- Over 10+ years of professional experience in Banks/NBFCs/Rating Agencies with expertise in origination and/or syndication

- MBA , Chartered Accountancy

- Creative thinker, rigorous analyst, detail-oriented, self-starter, capable of multitasking, and regular engagement in professional development.

- Ability to use business judgement and a structured approach towards solving complex analytical problems
