Job Description :
- To raise funds for Asset Management products by regularly engaging with Large Institutional clients & family offices.
- Preferably should have done fund raising in the past preferably for private markets (Venture Capital / Venture Debt).

Description :
Duties & Responsibilities :
- Identify and cultivates prospects and/clients.
- Initiate and follow up on new business opportunities.
- Lead new business meetings and closes sales to institutional investors and family offices.
- Assist in the development and launching of new products.
- Act as a liaison to the investment management groups to ensure active, enthusiastic support of the sales and marketing process.
- Relationship Management with distributors' and key institutional clients
- Communicate portfolio strategy, and market views periodically, liaise with the investment team on a regular basis to work on portfolio strategies for corporates, Institutions and Family offices.
- Enhance customer engagement for Asset Management clients.
Profile :
Qualifications :
1. Minimum of a bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university
2. Master's degree is preferred, specifically in Finance / Asset Management
3. Minimum of 3-8 years experiences in Asset Management/ finance industry
Domain Skills :
1. Relevant experience in Investment/ Asset Management or Financial Services.
2. Must have demonstrated ability to create sales/relationship opportunities with clients, prospects and consultants in assigned market segments
3. Must have excellent sales skills and in-depth product and broad investment knowledge, coupled with Institutional client reach across geographies.
Soft skills :
1. Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build and foster a strong network of relationships.
2. Highly motivated and determined to work in a fast-pace, fast-growing and entrepreneurial company.
3. Detail oriented, commitment to excellence and a high level of integrity.
