AVP-HR
Responsibilities:

Talent Acquisition: Responsible for TA using different sources (Consultants, Referrals, Direct, Campus). Should have good handle on industry - Talent, movements, industry updates etc.

Performance Management: Play an active role in goal setting, helping manage performance. Will be actively involved in managing the appraisal process, communication

Learning & Development: Assess and identify learning and developmental needs and solutions

Employee Engagement: Initiate employee engagement initiatives including Rewards & Recognition, Employee Communication (Focus group discussions, Leadership Town hall, One-on-one conversations)

HR Projects - Work on HR Projects. Partner with Human Resources team to ensure delivery and implementation of HR priorities and solutions

Employee Relations: Partner with stakeholders to resolve ER matters, ensuring appropriate steps are taken
Requirements:

Total experience - 9 to 12 years (2 to 4 Years' experience in Wealth industry)- Post Graduate in HR

Wealth industry experience, experience in Talent Acquisition, Performance Management, HR Design & Projects, Learning & Development & Employee Engagement- Bias for action, Analytical with good Excel skills, Design thinking, Solution oriented,
- Presentation skills & Influencing ability
