Hiring Position: AVP-HR I Senior HR-Business Partner

Job Location: IT Park, Pune

Reporting to: Vice President-Human Resources

Hiring Company:-Global Digital Media Technology Products and Entertainment Software Solution Provider.

Key Responsibilities:-

As a strategic HR Partner, the role holder is entrusted the responsibility of managing end-to-end HR operations across hiring company's team members based in India & SEA region.

This role will partner closely with the and the respective business leadership to provide human resources support for Recruitment, Talent and Performance Management, Learning and Development, Employee Orientation, Compensation and Benefits, Compliance, Employee Relations, Culture and Engagement, Organizational design and transitions, Workforce Planning, HR Metrics and Analytics, Diversity, Equity and Inclusion that align with company's people strategies.

- Act as a key HR point of contact and trusted advisor for our business leaders and employees

- Extend generalist HR leadership and support in areas of HR operations, performance management, employee engagement, training & development and employee relations.

- Lead & institutionalize initiatives to build a positive employee experience across each touch point of employee lifecycle

- Support the implementation of our compensation & benefits strategy and talent management

- Drive HR governance & compliance of global KPI's & TAT's of HR services.

SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES:-

- Master's degree in HR discipline

- 14+ years of experience of working in an HR Generalist or HR-BP role in Global Software IT/Digital Media Technology Product Companies.

- Effective HR Business leader with an entrepreneurial mindset, innovative thinking, and global execution capabilities.

- Demonstrated ability to collaboration to partner across multiple stakeholders including VP-HR at India, Global HRBP at South Asia, HR COEs and client group leadership.

- Understanding of Core HR Processes like Performance Management, Career Development, Compensation Revision, Employee Engagement and Retention, Reward & Recognition and Talent Management and Succession Planning.

- Demonstrated experience of managing end to end lifecycle on HRMS tool pref. Success Factors

- Exposure of working with companies operating in multiple geos.

- Strong attention to detail and highly organized

- Ability to communicate across all levels of leadership and able to partner with internal stakeholders with diversified culture.

- Strong interpersonal skills: able to effectively and quickly build relationships and establish trust, respect, competence, and confidence
