Position Title: Assistant Vice President (HR)
Reports to: Head COE (HR)
Skills Required:
- 3 to 4 years + experience with experience in Rewards and Benefits (a must) function as a part of COE.
- Strong analytical capabilities: Analyse trends, surveys, data analytics to determine relevant HR strategies (strong advance excel skills.
- Excellent communication skills: Be able to communicate with HR and Business leads on programs, policies and philosophies.
- Strong Ethics and Discretion: deal with confidential information and therefore must be ethical and discrete while handling sensitive information.
- Preferable experience in COE team in a Bank/ Bank GCC unit.
Compensation & Benefits :
- Provide strategic and operational support in designing, implementation, administration and communication of all compensation programs.
- Support in designing and iteration of compensation policies for all job families to ensure external competitiveness and internal equity, through research& benchmarking on comp policies and practices of leading Bank & Captive firms as well as internal data analysis.
- Monitor local regulations and work closely with HR Ops and Legal to ensure policies comply with local laws
- Support in driving compensation review program by participating in various external benchmarking exercises, market intelligence and in house guidelines
- Partner with HR BPs and TA to provide solutions for comp. and broader HR initiatives
- Support COE in liaising with business stakeholders to provide them recommendations in tackling difficult cases in the area of compensation & benefits.
Employee Relations :
- Support in designing and review of existing HR policies and processes to create a positive employee experience during the employee lifecycle
- Monitor local regulations and work closely with HR Ops and Legal to ensure policies comply with local laws
- Partner with HR BPs to provide interpretations and clarifications on policies and governance related matter pertaining to HR.
- Support in driving investigations and levy relevant consequences in case of any breach of policies.
Data Analytics & Audits :
- Support in analysing organization trends by working on various dashboards/reports to identify the trends and call out any potential HR risks that organization may be exposed to proactively
- Liaise with HR BPs to understand the pulse of the organization and accordingly present key trends, takeaways and recommended interventions.
- Support in various audits (in partnership with HR ops) to ensure our processes are compliant
