Role- AVP- HR Operations

Role and Responsibilities:
1. To analyze (basis internal group & industry benchmarks), formulate and post approvals govern the overall Organization Manpower planning and ensure efficiency & effectiveness.
2. To formulate, recommend and influence the Organization Manpower Budget in collaboration with C&B and post-approval monitor, optimize and deliver targeted savings.
3. Formulate, plan and implement Employee Shared Services Strategies to reimagine the employee experience and enable a Great Place To Work climate for employees.
4. Partner with the Business HR to establish productivity and spans & layers norms, track, monitor and proactively ensure Frontline Productivity & Managerial Organization design efficiency/effectiveness and embed/sustain a High-Performance culture.
5. Partner with legal, compliance & internal audit to ensure timely monitoring and compliance to various labor laws and process audit compliances through a robust governance mechanism.
6. Ensure end-to-end management of Compliance Vendor and ensure timely filing of all returns and ensure no exposure to the organization.
