AVP- HR Data Insights
- Define and deliver metrics, reporting platforms, dashboards, and analytical models vital for tracking and managing the Talent Management requirements
- Provide analyses for large datasets necessary for decisions using actionable commercial insights around key business concerns or opportunities
- Apply tools and techniques for data analysis and data visualization (including the use of business information tools)
- Identify, collect and migrate data to and from a range of systems; interpret trends or patterns in data sets
- Manage, clean, abstract and aggregate data.
- Responsible for carrying out complex analysis of datasets and conduct appropriate data validation
- Interrogate databases using a wide range of data discovery and analysis tools and techniques to check data integrity
- Execute verification and investigation activities to identify root causes for data errors, support data quality improvement initiatives
- Translate business issues in hypotheses, identify the most appropriate modelling techniques, set up experiments to test hypotheses empirically, and translate findings in actionable insights.
- Apply 'storytelling' techniques and approaches to tailor and communicate operational and strategic insights to stakeholders.
- Keep abreast of and apply new analytics capabilities and approaches
