Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Corporate HR Business Partner (HRBP) with a strong focus on analytics, compensation and benefits, employee engagement, and organizational development (OD) initiatives. As a key member of our Human Resources team, you will collaborate closely with business leaders to drive strategic HR initiatives that align with organizational goals and objectives. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent analytical skills, deep knowledge of compensation and benefits practices, and a passion for fostering employee engagement and organizational effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic HR Partnership:

- Develop a deep understanding of business objectives and partner with key stakeholders to provide strategic HR support and guidance.

- Collaborate with business leaders to identify HR priorities, develop action plans, and drive organizational effectiveness.

HR Analytics:

- Utilize HR data and analytics to identify trends, measure key HR metrics, and provide insights that inform decision-making.

- Develop and maintain HR dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to workforce planning, talent management, employee engagement, and retention.

Compensation and Benefits:

- Lead the design, implementation, and administration of competitive compensation and benefits programs that attract, retain, and motivate employees.

- Conduct regular benchmarking and analysis to ensure our compensation and benefits offerings remain competitive and aligned with market trends.

Employee Engagement:

- Develop and implement initiatives to enhance employee engagement, satisfaction, and retention.

- Partner with leaders to address employee concerns, promote a positive work culture, and foster a sense of belonging and inclusion.

Organizational Development (OD) Initiatives:

- Lead OD initiatives aimed at enhancing organizational effectiveness, agility, and resilience.

- Design and implement talent development programs, succession planning strategies, and change management initiatives to support business growth and transformation.
