Will be leading a team of Sr.Managers & Managers
Will be responsible for:-
- Recruitment
- Talent Management (Succession Planning, Career Planning, Hi-Potential Development)
- Talent Engagement
- Talent Development (TNA, Training calendar, Review, Leadership Development)
- Talent Engagement
- Will be responsible for defining interventions as per the business needs.
Looking at:
- 12+ years of experience in HRBP and the last few years from NBFC / Banks
- Excellent communication, team handling and stakeholder management skills
- Full time MBA from reputed universities
