- Will be responsible for talent acquisition which would be 60% of the KRA and 40% will be Generalist role.
- Talent Acquisition will involves managing and directing HRBP's involved in PAN India front line hirings, mid to senior level positions and a central team involved in Corporate/Leadership hiring.
- Generalist/HRBP role involves managing the entire employee life cycle from onboarding & induction upto exit, employee engagement & employee communication.
- Need generalist profile with PAN India or atleast 2-3 major zones experience and hiring experience for branches involved in Home loan/Personal Loan/ SME LAP would preferred.
