Job Description : The AVP- HRBP will be instrumental in shaping and driving HR strategies and initiatives while leading the HR function in a fast-paced technology and telecoms environment.

Our client is a leading firm in the technology & telecoms sector, with a workforce of over 5000 employees, located in multiple cities across India.

Description:

- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy

- Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues

- Manage the recruitment and selection process

- Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital

- Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures across the organization

- Nurture a positive working environment

- Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance

- Maintain pay plan and benefits program

Profile:

- 18+ years of overall experience in HR roles, preferably in the technology sector

- Open to Gurgaon as a location, in a hybrid format with a shift timing 12 to 9 PM

- Candidate should come with experience dealing with the technology & telecoms industry as an HRBP and should have worked on projects in talent development, talent management and employee retention
