- This Role Will Directly Report Into Head- Hr And Work Closely With The Stakeholders
- Focus On Creating Processes And Practices In Alignment With Global Values And Missions
- Should Have Excellent People Skills And Interact With Junior To Top Management
- Create Reports And Analyze Headcount Forecast And Budget Forecast
- Understand Global Tools And Practices And Implement Them In The System As Per Feasibility
- Must Update The Organization Structures And Ensure Timely Internal Communications
- Hiring And Engagement Of New Joiners With Existing Members
- Mis Reports And Strategize For Improvement
- 1st Month Feedback Of All New Joiners And Measure Their Satisfaction Level
- Excellent Understanding Of Govt. Policies And Application Of Them In The Internal System
- Japanese Correspondence Of All Nature And Understanding Of Their Culture And Style Of Working
- Handling Grievances At All Levels And Ensuring High Employee Satisfaction Level.
- Create A Profit/Loss Sheet On On-Boarding New Projects Along With Compliance Sheet.
- Embrace Agility And Support Business To Grow.
- Manage Employee Data Base And Skill Set To Monitor Progression In The System.
- Digitization Of Hr Practices And Give Mobility To Members
- Create An Open And Transparent Environment
- Budget Classification Division Wise For Appraisals And Educate Managers On Sensitivity Of Rating.
- Overall Exposure To Different Facets Of Hr: Operations, Talent Acquisition & Performance Management
- Must Understand New Hr Trends And Their Feasibility In The Internal System.
- Must Educate And Groom The Team To Handle More Responsibilities And Have Growth In The System
