- Working on new initiatives / scaling up CoEs (ER / D&I / Performance Mgmt / capability etc)
- Program Manage : Build proof of concept, institutionalise the initiative (Mgmt buy in / concept evangelisation, business sponsorship , building engagement framework, execution plan, metricised outcomes)
- Help it to blend into DNA of the organisation (Delivery, measure outcomes, build necessary iterations, measure scalability / reliability / authenticity of outcomes )
- One initiative to last typically 6-18 months, basis lifecycle and engagement volume, additional projects can be added
- Initiative needs to be strategically aligned to regional objectives and goals as well
- Person might be asked to be part of Regional Program group as well, depending on the need
