Key Result Areas:
- Spearheading HR operations & Employee Lifecycle Management with an employee strength of 4000+ people
- Formulating HR budgets for the region, achieving cost reduction through effective budgeting, expenses control & cost saving initiatives; reviewing existing HR policies/SOPs and making recommendations for improvements in the same
- Working with business leaders to develop design & architecture of the organization; advising on business specific OD interventions like organization restructures, change management, performance management and culture
- Ascertaining manpower requirements & budgets in consultation with Department Heads; directing the recruitment function in the organization as per planned budgets; guiding the team in:
- Sourcing the best talent from job portals, employee referrals, vendors and campus recruitment
- Driving efforts for minimizing the recruitment cost & meeting deadlines
- Designing & conducting induction & orientation plans which include communicating job roles and individual KRAs to employees for ensuring transparency in the system
- Inducting employees with a purpose to provide them a platform to get acquainted with overview of the organisation, take through them the policies/ processes of the organisation
- Straitening, maintaining & delivering key talent and capability building programs across the organization
- Identifying hi-potential, key employees and implementing talent development, career & succession plans to strengthen employee skills, develop them for new roles, improve performance management process & goals
- Ascertaining training needs, budgeting programs, preparing customized training modules, imparting training and measuring the effectiveness of these programs
- Facilitating employee engagement & grievance resolution; organizing various reward schemes, celebrations, team building exercises for enhancing motivation, commitment and productivity in employees
- Administering Performance Management System in the organization including:
- Setting-up KRAs, discussing employees- career development path with managers
- Devising the KPIs / Goal Sheets and ensuring pay-hikes are in-line with company standards and performance
- Facilitating quarterly, mid-year and annual performance appraisal of employees as per organisation's need
- Organizing post-appraisal counselling & feedback to improve skills and productivity
- Managing employee separation processes; scheduling exit interviews followed by conducting attrition analysis & providing data to business team to help them work on remedial measures for curbing attrition across verticals/ levels
- Working constantly on improving people connect through branch visits, working on providing a platform to employees across verticals/levels to initiate dialogues which in turn would help HR as business partners & build credibility with business teams
- Ensuring maintenance of personnel, attendance & leave records, MIS & documentation in online systems
- Leading & monitoring the performance of team members to ensure efficiency in day-to-day HR operations
