Role Purpose : - Facilitates the effective execution of HR services to a segmented population within the designated business/function department to enable business performance. - Accountable for providing consultative support to the stakeholders involved in strategic and analytical based decision making, ability to right skill the function, attract and retain talent and ensure best practices are leveraged and implemented to drive process efficiency. - Support the aligned business/function department in designing a world-class HR function by delivering the right people strategy and partner to demonstrate the value of HR function to the business. Education / Relevant Experience / Other Qualifications : - Work experience in a Business HR role. Qualification in HR would be a requisite - Effective team player with good interpersonal skills, influencing, persuasion and negotiation skills - Seasoned professional who can serve as a consultant to management on major matters pertaining to policies, plans, and objectives - Knowledge of diverse personnel culture, values and multi-regional HR policies will be helpful. - Interacts with management and customer personnel on matters requiring coordination across the business and/or regional lines Key activities and decision making areas : - Understand the business process objectives and identifies how HR can drive/support the achievement of these in partnership - Contribute to the development and implementation of HR strategy within the business process - Ensures human capital metrics is aligned to the process to support the identification of local trends, risks and needs before they escalate to HR leadership. - Works with the process to develop and maintain a positive employee relations environment. - Provides proactive HR support to the process aligned. - Supports identification of talent pool candidates, promoting career development, coaching and development planning within the process; Advocates and embeds the use of key Learning products and validates the learning content before delivery to the process. - Assists the business in managing employees by providing guidance to line management & employees on performance management process and manage performance related issues; - Supports the business/function on Employee Satisfaction Survey, communication of results therein and initiatives to enhance employee engagement. - Ongoing collaboration with HR business partners in developing and rolling out a HR communication strategy based upon business needs - To provide a clear understanding of HR Policies and procedures to all stakeholders
