About Human Resources :

The role holder will act direct partnership with senior Business Unit/functional management teams as a key enabler in all areas related to people, with a view to maximize performance, and support the delivery of business objectives through the creation and implementation of appropriate people and organizational solutions

Overall purpose of role :

Owning the People plan for the concerned Business units that includes design ( where applicable) and implementation of end to end HR processes (PD, Talent, compensation reviews, global mobility, Retention, colleague engagement initiatives) in collaboration with the respective Centre of Excellence teams

Key Accountabilities :

- Ownership of the PD process for respective business unit including direct involvement in timely resolution for escalation related to PD discussions

- Talent Review process

- Ownership of the DC&G policy. Ensure all cases are investigated and reported per policy guidelines

- Responsible for development and implementation of detailed group specific induction process, guidelines for new employees joining the business unit with individual involvement for induction of employees at Senior Management Levels

- To act as an interface between the Corporate HR teams, Top Management & Operations Teams to ensure effective communication and implementation of processes, policies and initiatives.

- Handle all queries, grievances and escalations from employees on the floor and ensure the same are resolved within committed timelines. Identify opportunities for process improvements based on historic trends

- Ownership of internal communication for respective business unit across stakeholder groups

- Ensure no non-compliances for respective business unit related to periodic audits for BIA, ISO and SOX compliance.

- Ownership for accuracy and timeliness of daily, weekly and monthly MIS for respective stakeholders

- Responsible for publishing Your view results to relevant stakeholders. Ownership for action planning and implementation of appropriate interventions.

- Ownership of employee attrition reporting and retention initiatives for respective business units

- Conceptualization, development and execution of special projects for respective business unit or across BSS.

- Ownership of the IJP process including timelines and selection process within business

Internal - Business (D, VP, AVP and Analysts), COE leads ( India, Functional), Functional HRBP leads

- A creative and conceptual thinker who can consider the wider picture when making decision. Take ownership of issues and provide clear analysis in a timely manor.

Person Specification :

Technical Skills/Competencies :

- Familiar with Operating Systems (Windows 98/2000/XP). Knowledge of MS Office. Proficient in using email; Exposure to technology-database management, networks and links. Good communication skills(both verbal & written)
