This position is responsible for partnering with Human Resources and business leaders to drive talent management and leadership development strategies, tools and processes in the disciplines of performance management, succession planning, talent assessment, coaching, development planning, and competency. To work along with BU heads to develop and implement Talent Management strategies in line with BU strategy

Candidate Profile:
- 13+ years of experience
- Management Degree from a Premier B-School (Full time Program)
- Good amount of experience in HR Advisory /HR Consulting
- Experience: 13 to 18 years
Keyskills: Business Partnering, hrbp, hr advisory, hr consulting
